About this piece: This piece features Marilyn Monroe’s portrait on a collage background of newspaper and magazine articles, her pictures and handwritten notes. Heavily hand finished with 24 carat gold, several types of metallic, reflective and dichroic foils, glitters, spray paints and spot glazing. The colours change, shimmer and sparkle depending on the angle of light. Each piece is hand finished individually and each one is completely unique.
