Illuminati Neon is the creative alias of Mark Sloper, a London-based contemporary artist celebrated for his electrifying neon artworks that fuse punk rebellion with vintage glamour. Drawing on his roots in the UK’s punk scene and a career in film and music, Sloper transforms reclaimed cultural artefacts—such as Union Jacks, military jackets, and antique signage—into bold, luminous statements. His creations have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections by figures such as Elton John, Boy George and Sting.
